Upon receiving the product and verifying the defect we will issue a full refund. If the product is the wrong size and is returned and exchanged no additional shipping cost will be charged to the customer for the second shipment. If the item was not defective or the wrong size but the customer ordered it by mistake we will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost initially paid.
