If default or defect is present in product, please contact us via email wildsideoutdoorsllc@gmail.com and we will be happy to issue a return label. Upon receiving the product and verifying the defect we will issue a full refund. If the product is the wrong size and is returned and exchanged no additional shipping cost will be charged to the customer for the second shipment.
