If default or defect is present in product, please contact us via email wildsideoutdoorsllc.com and we will be happy to issue a return label. Upon receiving the product and verifying the defect we will issue a full refund. If the product is the wrong size and is returned and exchanged no additional shipping cost will be charged to the customer for the second shipment. If the item was not defective or the wrong size but the customer ordered it by mistake we will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost initially paid.

We ship primarily via UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage. If you select the expedited option we will ship via UPS Air or whatever express option will get it to you in the estimated delivery time window.
